Professional nurse in a bright hospital setting

Who we work with

Are you the right fit?

BridgePath works with a specific profile of nurse, and that specificity is intentional. It means faster matching, better hospital fits, and a clearer immigration pathway.

If you tick most of these boxes, we want to hear from you.

Ideal candidate profile

  • Eligible for TN pathways
  • English-speaking
  • Registered Nurse actively practicing at the bedside in Canada
  • NCLEX passed (or in progress — contact us)
  • Open to relocating to the United States
  • Seeking a long term US career path, not a short term contract

Why nurses choose BridgePath

A real path, not a promise

🇺🇸

Long term US future

The TN pathway gets you working in the US quickly. EB3 sponsorship, initiated by your hospital, gives you a path to permanent residency. We're helping you build a real career.

🏥

Better facilities, bigger career

US hospitals offer advanced equipment, training, and career progression. Most of our placements are at community hospitals and large health systems, not SNFs or long term care.

🤝

We handle the hard part

Immigration is complicated. We work with experienced specialists who have managed thousands of nurse immigration cases. You focus on your clinical skills and career — we handle the paperwork.

The process

What happens after you apply

01

Apply and connect

Submit your information and we'll schedule a call to learn about your background, specialty, and US location preferences.

02

Get matched

We present opportunities at hospitals that fit your profile. You meet the facility before any commitment is made — and you have final say.

03

TN pathway process begins

Once you accept a position, our immigration team coordinates the TN pathway filing. Most nurses can expect to start within 6–12 months of accepting an offer, though timelines vary.

04

Arrive, start, and build

You join the hospital as a direct employee. At 90 days, if everyone confirms a good fit, EB3 sponsorship begins and creates a path to a US green card while you stay at your hospital.

What we take off your plate

You focus on nursing. We handle the rest.

Navigating US immigration as a foreign-trained nurse is complex. We've built a team with specialists across every phase of the process — so you don't have to figure it out alone.

  • TN pathway preparation and filing coordination
  • EB3 green card sponsorship initiation (at the 90-day milestone)
  • Credential verification and state endorsement support
  • Relocation coordination and first-month housing assistance
  • Matching you with hospitals that align with your specialty and location preferences
  • Ongoing support through your start date and onboarding

FAQ

Questions nurses ask us

Do I have to pay anything?

No. BridgePath fees are paid by the hospital, not by you. There is no cost to nurses for recruiting, credentialing, or immigration coordination through our program.

What is the TN pathway?

The TN pathway is a work authorization route available under USMCA for eligible nurses. There is no lottery and no cap, which makes it one of the most practical ways to begin working in the US while a longer term immigration plan is considered.

What is the EB3 pathway?

EB3 is an employment-based immigration category that provides a path to permanent US residency (a green card). Your sponsoring hospital initiates this process around the 90-day mark. You continue working at the same hospital while the process moves forward.

Do I need my NCLEX already?

Yes. We work with nurses who have already passed the NCLEX (the US nursing licensing exam). If you are in the process of preparing, reach out — we can tell you what to expect next.

What states do you place nurses in?

We place nurses in a range of US markets depending on hospital demand and candidate preference. Reach out and let us know your location priorities — we do our best to match accordingly.

What type of hospital will I be placed in?

We primarily work with community hospitals and large health systems. Most of our nurses are placed in acute care or med-surg settings, though specialty placements do occur depending on candidate and facility fit.
