The process
How it works
We source and qualify
We identify qualified nurses from Canada who are eligible for the TN visa pathway, English speaking, NCLEX certified, and actively practicing at the bedside.
You meet and hire
We facilitate introductions. Once you confirm fit, the nurse becomes your direct employee. No middleman on the payroll.
TN placement begins
The TN pathway begins. Nurses can typically start within 6–12 months of engagement, depending on the case and state requirements.
EB3 green card path unlocks
Around 90 days post-arrival, if both parties confirm fit, we initiate EB3 sponsorship. The nurse moves toward permanent residency while staying at your facility.
